OJT (On-the-Job Training) or Practicum is a crucial component of the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) program that provides students with practical work experience in a professional setting related to their field of study. This hands-on training enables students to apply theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom to real-world scenarios and challenges. Under the guidance of industry professionals, students have the opportunity to work on projects, solve technical problems, and gain valuable industry insights. This experiential learning helps them develop essential skills such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
